Eligibility :-
- Junior Manager (Civil) – B.E/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 60% marks and should also have minimum 1 year post qualification experience in construction(maintenance of buildings/ industrial structures/ machine foundations/ road works etc.)
- Junior Manager (Administration) – Bachelor with minimum 55% marks along with Maters in Business Management (MBA) and should also have 1 year post qualification experience in administrative activities/office management.
- Assistant Manager (IT – Systems Admin.) – BE/B.Tech in CSE/IT/ECE or MCA-MCP/MCSE/VCP with 60% marks and should also having minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in ESX, VMWare and Windows server operating system and Exposure to Linux/ Solaris operating system is also desirable.
- Junior Artisan (Fitter) (WG-2) – SSC + ITI (Fitter) with NAC and should also have minimum 4 years of post qualification experience in equipment maintenance and experience in steel industry maintenance is also preferred.
- Junior Artisan (Electrical) (WG-2) – SSC + ITI (Electrical) with NAC with minimum 4 years of post qualification experience in equipment maintenance and experience in steel industry maintenance is also preferred.
- NDT Operator (WG-4) – : Diploma (Metallurgy/ Mechanical) along with valid NDT Level-II Certificate in Radiography Testing and should also have 2 years of post NDT qualification experience in radiography testing of castings, weld-pads and/or other components or experience in handling X-Ray/ Gamma Ray equipment

- For Junior Manager (Civil) – 28 years
- For Junior Manager (Administration) – 28 years
- For Assistant Manager (IT – Systems Admin.) – 30 years
- Junior Artisan (Fitter) (WG-2) – 30 years

Salary :-
- For Junior Manager (Civil) – Rs. 30,000
- For Junior Manager (Administration) – Rs. 30,000
- For Assistant Manager (IT – Systems Admin.) – Rs. 40,000
- Junior Artisan (Fitter) (WG-2) – Rs. 20,000
- NDT Operator (WG-4) – Rs. 21,000
