Eligibility-
1. Junior Scientific Officer (Department of Agriculture)-
- M.Sc. in microbiology from a recognized university/ institute or,
- M.Sc. in Botany (Science subject) with specialization in Plant Pathology/Microbiology/Mycology from a recognized University/Institute.
- PG with M.Sc. in Agriculture with specialization in Soil Science/Agriculture Chemistry/Agronomy or Microbiology or Plant Pathology or Horticulture or Agricultural Extension from a recognized university or institute.
Experience-Two years experience in the field of research and development of biofertilizers and other aspects of organic farming.
2. Director (Conservation)-
- Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.
- Masters degree in Civil Engineering; ii) Experience in preservation of ancient monuments
Experience-Ten years experience in planning, execution and supervision of civil engineering works in Government sector or in any Archaeological or heritage site
3. Deputy Superintending Archaeological Engineer-
- Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute
Experience– Three years experience in planning, execution and supervision of civil engineering works in Government sector or in any Archaeological or heritage site.
4. Assistant Clinical Embryologist-
- Bachelor of Medicine or Bachelor of Surgery from any recognized University or,
- Master degree in Anatomy or embryology or reproductive Biology or Genetics or, Embryology or Clinical Embryology or Microbiology from any recognized University.
Experience-One year experience in the field of human in-vitro-fertilization techniques from a hospital or Central Government or State Government or Autonomous Body or Statutory Body or any private hospital recognized by Government.
5. Dialysis Medical Officer (DMO)-
- MBBS degree as per the first or second Schedule of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. and Completion of one year compulsory rotatory internship.
- Desirable- Doctor of Medicine (MD) (Medicine) or Diplomate of National Board (DNB) (Medicine)
Experience- Doctors with minimum six months’ experience as Resident in Nephrology or Dialysis in any Medical Council of India recognized (MCI) hospital in Department of Nephrology or Diplomate of National Board (DNB) recognized hospital in Nephrology by National Board of Examination (NBE).
6. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Anatomy)
- MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
- Post-Graduate degree in the concerned speciality or super-speciality mentioned in Section A of Schedule VI from recognized Teaching Institute
Experience– At least three years’ teaching experience as Senior Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar or Assistant Professor or Lecturer in the concerned Specialty or Super Specialty in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first Post Graduate degree.
7. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor( Oto-Rhino-Laryngology(ENT)-
- MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
- Post Graduate degree in the concerned speciality or super speciality mentioned in section A of schegule VI from recognized Tecehing Institute.
Experiences- At least three years’ teaching experience as Senior Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar or Assistant Professor or Lecturer in the concerned Specialty or Super Specialty in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first Post Graduate degree.
8. Engineer and Ship Surveyor-cum- Deputy Director General (Technical)-
- Certificate of competency of Marine Engineer Officer Class-I (Steam or Motor or Combined Steam and Motor) as specified in Section 78 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958(44 of 1958) or equivalent as specified in section 86 of the said Act.
- Desirable- One year experience in survey and inspection of merchant Ship and one year experience in survey inspection and examination of merchant ship
Experience-Five year’s Service at sea of which one year service as Chief Engineer or Second Engineer.

- Pay Scale:Level-12 in the Matrix as per 7th CPC

- Pay Scale:Level-10 in the Matrix as per 7th CPC
- Pay Scale: Level-10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC plus NPA.
4.Assistant Clinical Embryologist-
- Pay Scale: Level-10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC plus NPA
5. Dialysis Medical Officer (DMO)-
- Pay Scale: Level-10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC plus NPA
6. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Anatomy)-
- Pay Scale: Level-11 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC plus NPA
