Educational Qualification-

1. Kannada – PRT – Graduate in/with Kannada as one of the main subject in all 3 years and B.Ed with Kannada as one of the teaching methods.
2. Hindi – Graduate in/with Hindi as one of the main subject in all 3 years and B.Ed. with Hindi as one of the teaching methods. Preference will be given to
   candidates with Sanskrit as one of the subjects in Graduation along with Hindi.
3. English –Graduate in/with English as one of the main subject in all 3 years and B.Ed. with English as one of the teaching methods
4. Mathematics –Graduate in/with Methods as one of the main subject in all 3 years and B.Ed. with Mathematics as one of the teaching methods.
5. Science –Graduate in/with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) OR Physics, Chemistry, Methods (PCM) in all 3 years and B.Ed. with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics Or Biology (Zoology/ Botany) as one of the teaching methods.
6. Social Studies – Graduate with two subjects out of History, Political Science, Economics, Sociology, Geography OR Hons. Graduate with History or Political Science or Geography as a main subject and B.Ed with any one subject as teaching method mentioned in Graduation.
7. Chemistry –B.E/ B.Tech in Computer Science/IT OR M.Sc in Computers/ IT OR MCA/ BCA OR Any Graduate with Maths as a subject with 3 years Diploma in Computer Engineering/IT from an Institute recognized by AICTE/University).
8. Computer Science – Graduate/ Diploma in Physical Education from a recognized University.
9. Physical Education –Graduate in/with Music from an Institute recognized by AICTE/University.
10. Music , Art & Craft – Graduate with Drawing and Painting /Art/Fine Art with min. 2 yrs full time diploma from a recognized university OR M.A in Drawing and Painting/Fine Art from a recognized university.
11. Librarian- B.Lib/ M.Lib OR Graduate/Post Graduate with Diploma in Library Science from recognized University.
12. Counsellor – Graduate/Post Graduate in Psychology OR Post Graduate in Child Development OR Graduate/Post Graduate with Diploma in Career Guidance and Counselling.
13. Junior Office Assistant (JOA) – B.Com with knowledge of Computers & Tally Operational is essential. Good spoken and written skills in English and Kannada are necessary.

Age Limit-

1. Primary Teacher (PRT)- Maximum Age- 45 Years.
2. Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)- Maximum Age- 45 Years.
3. Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)- Maximum Age- 50 Years.
4. Junior Office Assistant (JOA)- Maximum Age- 35 Years.

Salary-

1. Primary Teacher (PRT)- Rs. 54,000/-
2. Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)- Rs. 67,500/-
3. Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)- Rs. 71,000/-
4. Junior Office Assistant (JOA)- Rs. 30,000/-
